Leyla Beydoun is a private chef with over six years of formal culinary training and hands-on experience. While she specializes in Mediterranean cuisine—being deeply influenced by her Lebanese heritage weaving together bright herbs, warm spices, and time-honored methods—her cooking is shaped by extensive travel and she is known for tailoring menus to client’s tastes, needs and lifestyle, and you will work together to plan your meal. With a background in nutrition, Leyla approaches food with both creativity and intention, crafting dishes that are as thoughtful and nourishing as they are beautiful. Her work centers on seasonality, and creating personal, soulful, memorable meals. Please note that groceries are not included.
This package includes a $50 gift card to Slate, a New-York based family-owned cafe known for its industrial-modern vibe, creative, fresh-focused menu, and high-quality Devoción coffee. Offering a cozy space for coffee, breakfast, and casual dining, it operates with a counter-service model, aiming to be a warm community hub. Hit the midtown location only a few blocks away for breakfast on Saturday, visit one of the other New York locations while you explore the city, or save it to try the Greenwich location.
2 King Beds, 2.5 baths, 4 travelers maximum, groceries not included. Check in at 4 pm Friday (dinner around 6), check out at 11 am Saturday.
